We are a family of globetrotting cooks, and Mapo is the fusion of two of our passions: travel and good food. Our Bakery in Trieste combines local traditions and international flavors, which are blended in our baked goods. At Mapo - Fusion Bakery you can taste a slice of the world while staying in town.

At Mapo - Fusion Bakery, you will find a unique selection of products that combine the best of Trieste tradition with international influences. Pinza and Presnitz we have them, but you can also enjoy Lassi with us, available in savory, sweet and mango versions, or you can try Indian Chai and Matcha Latte. Would you prefer something cooler still? We also offer freshly squeezed juices, fresh extracts and homemade lemonades for a rejuvenating break.

Our bread is the result of passion and dedication.
We use only the highest quality ingredients, following natural leavening methods with sourdough starter.
Traditional techniques are blended with modern ones to create bread that tastes authentic and genuine.
